Full of Flavor

We are still in the preparing > planting > growing phase, but do you want to know first hand from where the delicious ingredients that will give flavor to our products will come from? It’s from our vegetable garden, a beautiful area full of life and colors that we have been taking care of from day one.

It takes a little -or a bit- knowledge and effort to grow great-tasting vegetables and stay ahead of problems. We are very proud our garden is happy and our stress-free plants are growing beautifully and will become delicious ingredients for our products. There’s no end to the efforts that a healthy vegetable garden requires. It needs regular maintenance, regular watering, weed management, harvesting, soil improvements, etc. It all needs to be done at the proper time, the proper way, and most importantly, with all the care and attention these great friends of ours deserve.

And there’s also another entire world that lives around the vegetables, that help us have healthy and strong crops: underneath the ground there are several insects and moisture that are vital to the plants; other insects and birds come to pollinate and feed themselves; and other small plants start growing around, embellishing even more the area.

So, when everything lives in harmony, being plants, people, animals and the earth, we know that what will come will be absolutely full of flavor and nutrients.

“Estate-grown”

Purchasing organic grains, fruits and botanicals from outside sources can be expensive and it does not guarantee quality sometimes. As high-quality craft spirit producers, we have decided to be also growers, planting our own raw organic flavoring ingredients. That’s why we don’t spare our energy and time to make our garden feel absolutely loved and happy.

Just like we have been seeking “estate-grown” purity in wines, cheeses, olive oil and other high-quality agriculturally-based products, we have also started to look for craft spirit distillers that adapt to this concept and philosophy.

We’ll talk more about our ingredients and farm life later in the month, so keep following us!
